When you contact us
Your name, contact details and the content of your query as you provide them.
We receive this information when you contact us via phone, email or using our contact form and use this information to answer your queries, provide you with our services or share information about our services.
We collect this data as it is in our legitimate interest to provide you with information or services you have requested. If you enter into a contract with us, this contract will form the basis of the data processing.
We will retain this information for one year from the time you contacted us or from the time our provision of services has ceased and all accounts have been settled.
When you visit our website
We do not use tracking cookies like Google Analytics at this point. The only cookie we will store contains information about whether you have accepted or closed the cookie notice. This contains no personal information whatsoever and is specific only to the browser you used to visit the website. These cookies will expire after one month.
When you apply for a job using our jobs portal
You name, contact details and any information you include in your CV or cover letter. If successful, we will keep this information until 6 months after the end of your employment. If unsuccessful, we will keep this information for 1 month after having informed you that you were unsuccessful. If you have given us permission to retain your information and add it to our talent pool for further opportunities, we will retain it for a maximum of 5 years. You can always withdraw that consent at any time by using the portal or emailing us at enquiries@fernao.co.uk. In that case we will delete your data within a week of receiving your email.
How we store your information
We store your information securely on our internal systems and never share it with third parties. We will share it with our employees or contractors as far as it is necessary to effect the purpose stated above. We keep contact information until it is no longer required for the purpose it was collected. The exact period depends on the purpose for which it was collected, the time taken to respond to your query, etc. We will generally keep emails and communication for 1 year after which it will be securely deleted.
